1. What Nawa Niwas is

Nawa Niwas is a listings platform that connects renters and landlords directly. We do not own, manage, inspect, or take any commission on the properties listed here, and we are not a party to any rental agreement, deposit, or payment between a renter and a landlord. Any arrangement you make with another user — viewing a property, signing a lease, paying a deposit — is between you and them.

2. Accounts

You need a phone number to create an account and sign in. You're responsible for keeping access to that phone number secure, and for anything published or sent from your account. Give us accurate information when you sign up or add an email — accounts created with fake or misleading details can be suspended.

3. Listings

If you publish a listing, it needs to be a real property you have the right to advertise, and the information — price, location, photos, availability — needs to be accurate to the best of your knowledge. Don't publish a property that's already rented, a duplicate of another listing, or one that doesn't exist. Verification badges reflect what we've reviewed about the lister's account, not a guarantee about any individual listing — see the FAQ.

4. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to use Nawa Niwas to:

• Post fraudulent, scam, or intentionally misleading listings
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download contact details or listing data
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against another user
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, verification, or moderation
• Use the platform for anything unlawful under applicable law

We can remove content, suspend, or terminate an account that violates these terms, with or without notice, depending on severity.

5. Reporting and moderation

Every listing can be reported. We review reports and act on them, but we don't pre-screen every listing before it publishes, and we can't guarantee that every scam or inaccurate listing is caught before a renter sees it. Use good judgment — visit a property before paying anything, and never send a deposit to someone you haven't met or verified independently.

6. No warranty, limited liability

Nawa Niwas is provided “as is.” We don't guarantee that any listing is accurate, available, or free of scams, and we're not liable for losses arising from a transaction, agreement, or dispute between users. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the platform is limited to the amount you paid us to use it — which, since Nawa Niwas is free, is zero.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the platform changes. Material changes will update the date at the top of this page; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
